Status of compliance with the requirements

This website is unavailable due to the following Incompatibilities and Exceptions in part compliant with Level AA of the „Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1“ and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Content that is not accessible

a. Non-compliance with accessibility requirements

• Keyboard Navigation & Focus Indicator:
  Some interactive elements cannot yet be fully controlled using the keyboard or do not have adequate focus indicators.
• Missing alt text for images:
  Some decorative images do not yet have alternative text.
• Low color contrast:
  Due to our corporate design, some text elements lack sufficient color contrast, which can impair readability for people with visual impairments.
• Complex language:
  Some parts of the website use technical jargon, colloquial language, common abbreviations, or complex sentence structures that may be difficult for people with cognitive impairments to understand.

b. Disproportionate burden

• Accessible PDFs:
  Many PDF documents (such as invitations, menus, etc.) were created before accessibility guidelines took effect and cannot be made fully accessible retroactively.
• Audio descriptions for videos:
  Not all embedded videos currently include audio descriptions.
• Poor keyboard usability:
  Not all interactive elements can be fully controlled using the keyboard or have visible focus indicators.

c. Content outside the scope of applicable law

• Archived documents and content,
  that were published before June 28, 2025 (e.g., older PDFs and multimedia content).
• External content and third-party embedded services
  (e.g., social media feeds, maps, or plug-ins) that are beyond the control of the Pension Seeblick are located.

Enforcement proceedings

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive through the contact method listed above, you may file a complaint with the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) use. The FFG uses the Complaints Office Contact Form We accept complaints submitted electronically.

The FFG reviews these complaints to determine whether they pertain to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly failures to comply with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an entity under its jurisdiction.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the relevant legal entities and propose measures designed to remedy the identified deficiencies.
