Car-Free Cycling Adventure Day at Attersee

April 26, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Of course, it’s also possible to start individually in all other communities around Attersee, where entertainment and supporting programs are available.

On the 48-kilometer route along the B 151 and B 152, priority is given to those who travel under their own power. A total elevation gain of 30 meters through beautiful countryside can be „pedaled“ to. Professional support—from bike rentals to bike service stations and mobile breakdown assistance, as well as first aid and a security service—is well taken care of. Those who’ve had enough of „pedaling“ can take a shortcut with the Attersee boat service, because on this day, not only is a shuttle service available between Attersee and Weyregg, but the North and South circuits are also operating according to the boat schedule.

Starting at 9:30 a.m., the streets around the Attersee will be closed to motorized traffic.

The special schedules for Atterseeschifffahrt and Atterseebahn not only make it easier to get there, but also allow you to adjust the route length to suit your stamina and fitness level by taking your bike on the boat.  Please note the Attersee Ferry shuttle service between Attersee and Weyregg for a quick „Attersee crossing“ by water. The Parschallen and Alexenau ferry stops are not served.
